Terms of Sale & Website Use
Last updated: 26 September 2025
1) Who we are
Bold New Ages Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells apparel online at boldages.com. Contracts are formed in English.
2) Products are made‑to‑order
All items are printed on demand through our production partners (including Gelato) and shipped directly to you. Colour/print positioning can vary slightly between runs and screens; minor variations are not defects.
3) Prices, currency & taxes
Prices are shown and charged in USD. Your card issuer/payment provider may apply currency conversion and fees. Where local sales taxes, VAT or import duties apply, these are shown at checkout when we can calculate them, or are payable by you to the carrier or customs on delivery (varies by destination).
4) Ordering, acceptance & availability
Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an order acknowledgement; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch email. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailability).
5) Delivery
Estimated delivery windows appear at checkout and in our Shipping page. They are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to your address/carrier collection point.
6) Your statutory rights (UK/EU)
For UK/EU consumers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 generally provide a 14‑day cooling‑off period for distance purchases, with certain exemptions (e.g., goods “made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised”). Most printed‑to‑order tees with pre‑set designs do not fall under that exemption; therefore a standard 14‑day cancellation right applies. See our Refunds & Returns for how to exercise it. Your Consumer Rights Act 2015 remedies for faulty goods also apply (incl. a 30‑day short‑term right to reject faulty goods).
7) Prohibited use (website)
You must not misuse our site (e.g., inject malware, scrape, infringe IP, harass others) or use it for unlawful purposes.
8) Intellectual property
All artwork, text, logos and site content are owned by Bold New Ages Limited or our licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit them without written permission.
9) Limitation of liability
Nothing limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) business losses; or (c) indirect or consequential losses.
10) Complaints & ADR information (UK)
If we cannot resolve a dispute via customer_service@boldages.com, we will provide details of a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as required by UK regulations and tell you whether we will engage in ADR.
11) Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having non‑exclusive jurisdiction.
12) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted on our website at the time you order applies to that order.
