Scope: Any Bold Ages apps, plug‑ins, or digital downloads.
Licence: Non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence for personal use.
Restrictions: No reverse‑engineering, copying, resale, or unlawful use.
Ownership: All IP remains with Bold New Ages Limited and licensors.
Termination: We may terminate for breach; you must cease use and delete copies.
Liability: Limited as permitted by law; consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law: England & Wales.
