A) If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect (worldwide)
Email [email protected] with: order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for the smoothest resolution (this does not limit your statutory rights).
B) UK/EU right to cancel (cooling‑off for distance sales)
For UK/EU consumers, you may cancel within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement of cancellation. Return the goods within 14 days of cancellation using a tracked service. We’ll refund the item price and our standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of posting (whichever is earliest). You pay return postage unless we are at fault. Exemptions: the cooling‑off right does not apply to goods “made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”
Note on POD tees: most orders are printed after you buy but use pre‑set designs, so they are typically not “personalised” under the exemption. If you submit custom text/artwork we’ll mark the product page and order confirmation as non‑returnable under the exemption.
C) Outside UK/EU (e.g., US/ROW)
Where local law grants cancellation rights, we will honour them. Otherwise, for change‑of‑mind we generally cannot accept returns because items are produced to order; we will, however, remedy faulty/incorrect items.
D) Consumer Rights Act (UK) – faulty goods
Separately from cooling‑off, UK consumers have a 30‑day short‑term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund, plus rights to repair/replace thereafter.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
